While a satellite poker tournament is an excellent way to get into bigger and better tournaments, it’s hard to win a prize package through satellites even if you know lots of poker strategy.  But you don’t need to know any poker tips in the new promotion that PokerStars is running where taking a simple quiz could earn you a $5,200 World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) Main Event seat.

The only thing a person needs to do to take part in the quiz promotion is be a PokerStars member and complete the quiz.  You can find the quiz in the poker software, and it contains simple questions about the WCOOP, Team PokerStars players, and PokerStars in general.  Once the quiz has been completed, players can submit their user ID and wait to see if they win a seat.

Winning a $5,200 WCOOP Main Event seat through a quiz is so easy that you should not only be taking the quiz yourself, but you should also refer a friend to this promotion.  And even if you don’t win a Main Event seat through the quiz, you can still win an entry into one of the other WCOOP poker games.

And it’s definitely worth the effort to win a spot in the WCOOP since this event offers the most money in online poker.  $50 million is already guaranteed in the 2010 WCOOP, and the Main Event alone will give away at least $10 million.  Last year, the WCOOP Main Event offered $10,720,000, and Yevgeniy ‘Jovial Gent’ Timoshenko won the largest share at $1,715,200.
